MPAC (Motivating People through Arts and Crafts) was founded with the vision to provide a space where persons on the Autism Spectrum and Communication Disorders can learn employment, entrepreneurship, social, and life skills. Proctor intends to garner opportunities for financial independence, increase job retention by employing persons with ASD to develop leadership, social, and life skills that reduce anxiety. The project serves ages 13 to 25 in the Greater Tallahassee area, surrounding counties, and within the United States.
